Job Title: Business Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Program Manager to lead our ongoing business programs critical for Client success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing programs that drive business results, improve productivity, and reduce expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Lead programs with Client partners to improve business results, focusing on increased productivity and decreased expenses.
  • Best Practices and Metrics: Implement best practices, standards, and metrics across the organization to improve the consistency of results.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Coordinate and lead post-event analysis with affected teams to capture details of success, opportunity, and exposure to drive improvement and client satisfaction in the programs area(s) of focus.
  • Metrics System: Implement and maintain a metrics system that reflects the area measured.
  • Revenue Growth: Maintain and grow revenue and reduce expenses in the focused area.
  • Program Coordination: Ensure continued coordination and communication of program.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Experience: Project management experience or certifications a plus.
  • Group Facilitation Skills: Excellent group facilitation skills – real experience with groups implementing multiple initiatives preferred.
  • Business Analytics and Communication: Excellent business analytic and communication skills with a proven track record implementing large initiatives.
  • Integrity and Confidentiality: A balanced judgment with business perspective and high degree of integrity related to the confidential nature of projects and impact on employees, strategies, and future direction.
  • Program Metrics: Demonstrated focus on the creation and implementation of program metrics.
