Summary:
The primary role of this position to develop and maintain strong relationships with targeted referral sources through consistent, strategic field call strategies. Working with the Institutes, Departments, Strategic Development, Marketing and the Regional/Network leadership, the objective of the work is to drive and sustain incremental volume in service lines and services as identified through the organization’s strategic growth/business plans. This individual positively represents the hospital, clinical service lines, and medical staff to referral sources with the intent to develop and strengthen referral source relationships that contribute to the organization’s reputation and market position. This role requires a high level of travel, within the assigned territory.
Location: Assigned Territory Counties: Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Sumter, Marion, and Lake County
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, marketing or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to effectively work with and through physician’s providers, customers and other personnel in a cooperative, collaborative manner to improve provider and/or patient satisfaction and engagement
- Ability to travel to various work locations is required
