Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Manage the front desk, resolve guest concerns, and handle emergencies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, including front desk and supervisory roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
