Community Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Manager to join our team at Portland General Electric. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our community engagement efforts, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing effective outreach strategies to promote our company's initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement plans to support major company programs and projects
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Monitor and analyze community feedback and concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in community engagement, public outreach, or a related field
- Advanced skills in project management, community engagement, and relationship building
