Assistant Community Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Quarterra Group. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Community Manager in managing the financial and operational aspects of the community, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with leasing and marketing efforts, including showing apartment homes, closing leases, and assisting with resident move-ins and move-outs.
- Manage the community's maintenance and repair needs, including coordinating with vendors and contractors.
- Assist with resident retention efforts, including conducting resident surveys and providing feedback to the Community Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
