Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day remote and on-site support to end-users
  • Systematically resolve issues related to workstations and laptops
  • Escalate and support level 3 engineers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve user problems
  • Provide exceptional customer service while being able to manage day-to-day IT operations, critical situations, and communicate the urgency of all issues as appropriate
  • Document issues/problems and solutions for both IT team members and end-users

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant technical and functional experience in a hybrid Windows-based environment
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows and MacOS workstations, laptops, and virtual environments
  • 3-5 years of experience providing technical support in the financial industry (a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required. Will consider years of experience and/or certifications in lieu of degree
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to restore immediate use of systems
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of video conferencing technologies such as Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams

Technical Requirements:

  • Windows 11 and Office 365 Support
  • Outlook and Office 365 support and troubleshooting, SharePoint client end support
  • System build, deployment, and maintenance
  • Strong familiarity with desktop security products
  • Firm understanding of Active Directory Administration
  • Deep functional understanding of Lenovo Desktops & Laptops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPads
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Management
  • Experience with MDM systems such as MobileIron and Microsoft Intune
  • Experience with MFA solutions (e.g. RSA, MS Authenticator, Duo, etc.)
