Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and developing a deep expertise in our product and processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop a deep expertise in our product and processes
• Provide exceptional technical support to our customers, including phone, email, and chat support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., information technology, computer science, computer engineering) or an equivalent amount of work experience
• 4+ years of work experience in a related role in technical support (e.g., IT, networking administration, technical support)
• Deep understanding of computer hardware and software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
