HVAC Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Outside Salesperson to join our team at Hajoca Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communication
- Analyze sales reports and data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Process sales orders, bids, and job information packages in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Actively participate in scheduled sales meetings and maintain current customer profile data
- Identify and implement opportunities for value-added services to grow sales with existing customers
- Investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and material returns, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Work with the customer, Profit Center Manager, and Credit Manager to facilitate payment of all accounts receivable and communicate any changes in a customer's business that may cause a credit risk
- Support Inside Sales and all Profit Center activities as part of our Profit Center Team
- Stay informed about market conditions, new technologies, and trends by joining industry associations
- Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned
- 1+ years outside sales experience, contractor sales preferred
- Able to drive for company business, with a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the criteria for being an Authorized Driver in accordance with Company policy
- Extensive knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center
