About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our team at Rentokil Terminix. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans to achieve maximum profitability and growth
  • Secure new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, cold calling, and other sales strategies
  • Meet with prospective clients to secure their business and execute follow-up client meetings to complete sales process
  • Collaborate with operation stakeholders to meet client time-lines and deliverables for service
  • Participate in company meetings, communication, and events as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, college preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
  • 3-5 years sales experience in a hunting capacity
  • Strong business acumen with background in sales, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience
  • Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Available to travel as needed (30% or more)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Professional office environment
What We Offer
  • Competitive base pay range: $53,000 - $60,000/year
  • Annual earning potential: $67,000 - $108,900/year
