Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital outreach.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that align with Rakhere Technologies' services.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client requirements for staffing and engineering services, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing Rakhere Technologies' capabilities and solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a related role within the technology or staffing industry.
  • Strong track record of successfully finding and closing new business opportunities.
  • Experience with USA processes and new client acquisition is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate client needs and technical requirements.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
