LandrumHR is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that provides HR services to employers, helping them solve human capital challenges. As a Business Consultant, you will be part of our PEO Sales team, working out of the Columbus, GA area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads, using information from publications, databases, and trusted advisors.
  • Make in-person contacts with potential clients, converting contacts into new clients.
  • Meet pre-defined goals for initial contacts, presentations, proposals, and closed contracts.
  • Track sales and prospect activity, providing weekly reports.
  • Manage leads from initial contact to close of sale, including marketing activities.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions, actively participating in discussions.
  • Track ratios of contacts to presentations, presentations to proposals, and proposals to closes, seeking training to improve ratios.
  • Coordinate with relationship partners and trusted advisors, supporting and visiting assigned partners.
  • Prepare reports of business transactions and maintain expense accounts.
  • Act as liaison with existing clients to prevent miscommunications and competitive inroads.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years successful sales experience.
  • B2B sales experience selling to small to medium-sized businesses required.
  • B2B sales experience selling to the C-suite preferred.
  • Consultative selling experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Must be located in the Columbus, GA area.
