Are you ready to elevate your career in real estate sales? The 608 Team is seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Sales Consultant who is enthusiastic about building lasting relationships.

This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with the Team's Listing and Transaction Coordinators, guiding clients through the home selling journey to ensure they reach their objectives and enjoy a seamless experience.

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess a service-oriented mindset, establish trust swiftly, and maintain a positive and solution-focused attitude.

While prior experience in real estate is not mandatory, the preferred candidate will hold a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson's License, have a minimum of three years of sales experience, and be open to pursuing their Broker's license.

The Agent position is primarily commission-based, presenting significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential home sellers and provide them with insights on the current market landscape.
  • Engage with prospects through various communication channels to integrate them into the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads.
  • Reach out to leads to schedule appointments, educate them on the home-selling process, and conduct a needs assessment to understand their selling motivations, alongside a market analysis to help them price their property effectively.
  • Analyze MLS data, arrange showings, and preview properties to establish expertise in the local market.
  • Prepare listing agreements and disclosure documents, counteroffers, and post-sale occupancy leases to meet client objectives, working closely with the Listing Coordinator as necessary.
  • Partner with the Listing Coordinator to connect sellers with essential resources to prepare and market their home, maximizing their net proceeds.
  • Collaborate with sellers, buyer agents, and lenders to review offers, inspections, and appraisals, negotiating the successful sale of the seller's property through consistent communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Work alongside the Transaction Coordinator to uphold a high standard of customer service, taking necessary actions from the moment an offer is accepted through to the closing of the transaction and beyond.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation with adequate liability insurance.
  • Currently possess a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson's license; willing to pursue a Broker's license.
  • A minimum of three years of sales experience is essential, ideally in a real estate context.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and current trends is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, listening, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to accountability, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and utilizing the tools and resources provided by the Team to systematically connect and follow up with leads and prospective clients.

Compensation:
$100,000+ at plan
