"}, {"li": "Detect and respond to threats to restricted areas, and detain, apprehend, apply restraints and transport violators as required.
"}, {"li": "Conduct vehicle searches, inspect packages and personal belongings when admitting personnel into controlled or restricted areas or during increased FPCONs or a specific security incident.
