Job Summary:

Shelter Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a skilled Insurance Document Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and transcribing various documents, reports, and correspondence using document creation software and transcribing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize document creation software to create and edit documents
Transcribe and create various correspondence, reports, and insurance policies
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all work
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless document creation and processing

Requirements:

Ability to type at least 65 WPM with accuracy
Strong mathematical competency
Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation competence
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
