Quality Assurance Document Control Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Process and manage the full life cycle of documents from initiation to release in the eDMS system
* Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and current site practices in support of clinical and commercial manufacturing
* Issue batch records, worksheets, logbooks, and other requested documents to support QC, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance
* Scan and physically file documents and/or records to their designated locations
* Maintain the document archive rooms to ensure records are preserved, organized, structured, and accessible in a timely manner
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technical, or related degree is required
* 2+ years of experience in using an electronic document management system (eDMS) within a GMP regulated environment
* Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) and Adobe is preferred
Compensation:
* Salary Range: approximately $28 - $32 hourly, commensurate with experience
