Document Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team at TranSystems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of project documents, as well as maintaining project tracking logs for construction submittals, material certifications, samples, and tests.
Key Responsibilities:
Assure that all project documents are submitted by the contractor and meet the requirements of the Design-Build contract.
Review all inspection and test reports, and other associated paperwork submitted by the inspection team for completeness and accuracy.
Upload documents into ProjectWise on a daily basis, ensuring they are complete and thorough prior to uploading.
Maintain project tracking logs for construction submittals, material certifications, samples, and tests, etc.
Attend weekly/bi-weekly project progress meetings and provide status updates for contract submittals to the construction team and/or Department.
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent and 12-15 years of CE&I experience, as well as detailed and documented experience with contract management or,
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university with 4-6 years of CE&I experience.
Actively engages multiple perspectives when solving problems, seeks to learn from peers, and encourages reciprocal learning among team members.
Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, and Bentley Projectwise.
