About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team at Long John Silver's. As an Area Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving performance improvement and reliability across our corporate owned restaurants.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Identify key business issues affecting performance in individual restaurants and develop strategies to address them.
  • Drive outstanding reliability, product quality, and financial performance in our restaurants.
  • Collaborate with Restaurant General Managers to establish performance targets and provide coaching and support to achieve them.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
