Job Description: Medical Leadership Specialist

The Ob Hospitalist Group is seeking a qualified Medical Leadership Specialist to support our clinical operations team. This role will collaborate with OBHG DOO and VPCO to ensure all clinical aspects of new programs are being handled in a consistent, timely, and responsive manner. The successful candidate will participate in new-program meetings, conduct clinical interviews, and ensure that a qualified Site Director is selected and trained for the new program.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration with OBHG DOO and VPCO on new program implementation
  • Participation in new-program meetings and clinical interviews
  • Selection and training of Site Directors for new programs
  • Ensuring smooth transition from sales process to operations
  • Support for Business Development meetings


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, business)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel regularly
  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology


Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
