A Message From Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leadership Development Manager to join our team and lead our teams of Physical Therapists in the South Louisville area. As a champion of our mission, vision and values, you will be responsible for ensuring quality clinical care, identifying and overseeing new Denovo clinics, and accountable for clinical operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coach the leadership, management and clinical skills of each Clinic Director within the region.
  • Ensure appropriate hiring, staffing, payroll, performance reviews, and other HR related duties are executed properly & timely.
  • Work closely with different teams across the organization such as Marketing, Recruiting, Sales, Front Office, as well as Executive Leadership.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current or pending state licensure within the region.
  • 3+ years experience within an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
  • Previous multi-site leadership experience.
