About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our team as a key leader in providing exceptional care to newborns and their families. As a board eligible or certified Neonatologist, you will be part of a collaborative care team at two NICUs in the north Denver area, delivering approximately 3,500 babies per year.

As a member of our team, you will work alongside dedicated allied health providers (NNPs/NICU PAs) and be part of a larger care team within Colorado that prioritizes quality improvement and evidence-based practice. Schedule and Facilities
  • Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists and 13.5 APPs, with 4.5 APPs allocated to each facility, offering rotation opportunities within the market
  • Rotate between Level II/III NICUs with dedicated APPs, ensuring variety in acuity and keeping your Level III skills sharp
  • Schedule: 26 weeks per year, with a week-on, week-off arrangement
  • Facilities:
    • Avista Adventist Hospital (Level III): Deliveries 2,450, Beds 19, ADC 9
    • St. Anthony North Hospital (Level II): Deliveries 1,000, Beds 5, ADC 3

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $275,000 annually to $450,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, you'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including a start date bonus, relocation bonus, leadership stipend, and access to a comprehensive benefits package.
