Job Description

Overview

KE Camps is a leading provider of summer camps for country clubs nationwide. We partner with over 230 private clubs across the country to implement traditional-style day camps for elementary-aged children.

Estimated Salary

$35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Camp Counselor Role: Assist Camp Director with daily tasks, interact with campers throughout the day, help them make friends, try new things, and care for their well-being.
  • Leadership Experience: Supervise a group of campers, lead programs, and positively influence the next generation.
  • Daily Activities: Participate in all camp activities, support the Camp Director in establishing rules and emergency procedures, and supervise daily swim time.
  • Other Duties: Complete other duties as assigned by the Camp Director.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience Working with Children: Prior experience working with children is required.
  • Communication Skills: Enthusiastic, responsible, dependable, consistent, level-headed, flexible, and calm in all situations.
  • Certifications: CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified before the summer begins.
