About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Leadership Specialist to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a key member of our Combat Mission Systems team, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, managing scope, schedule, and technical performance objectives, and establishing program direction for a matrixed team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective program plans, specifying goals, staffing, scheduling, identifying risks, and allocating available resources.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $127,900 - $217,400 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, and paid time off.
