Your Role as a Revenue Cycle Management Analyst III
In this position, you will deliver intricate operational insights to support decision-making in Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital resource for gathering data, analyzing, and evaluating complex operational resources, services, programs, systems, and procedures.
- Assist department leadership in acquiring detailed information from various financial, clinical, and operational data sources.
- Process intricate department-specific operational tasks to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.
- Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of current and proposed operational unit services and performance metrics.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in multiple programs/services and recommend strategic enhancements.
- Serve as a technical authority in the analysis and evaluation of complex operational and administrative units related to departmental resources and services.
- Interpret and present complex data analysis results, including methodologies used, assumptions made, and a summary of findings, while providing prompt responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge and documentation of all analysis/data sources within the department.
- Analyze departmental databases and ensure timely responses to customer requests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred (may substitute for work experience).
- 4 years of experience in Accounting, Revenue Cycle Management, Finance, or Healthcare.

- Demonstrated work ethic, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively and exchange accurate information.
- Capability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to manage physical records or operate a computer; may require travel within the hospital.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position reflects the anticipated range for new hires. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as work history, experience, skill set, and education. This does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic's comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement options.
