Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and communicate essential financial data.
  • Support management and staff with financial reporting and related issues.
  • Assist in budget preparation, compliance reviews, and financial planning.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Certifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.

Complexity of Work:

This role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Candidates must be capable of functioning in a high-pressure environment and responding appropriately.

Work Experience:

A minimum of four years of experience in finance, revenue cycle management, or general analysis is required. Healthcare experience is preferred. A Master's degree may substitute for some required experience.

Demonstrated ability to conduct sophisticated analytical work, provide consultative support, and prepare comprehensive reports. Strong understanding of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis, and proposal development is essential.

Physical Requirements:

Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer. Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds. May require extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting. Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.

Pay Range:

Minimum hourly: $27.65
Maximum hourly: $42.17
The displayed pay range reflects the anticipated range for new hires. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including work history, experience, skill set, and education. This does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package, which encompasses healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement options.
