Your Role as a Revenue Cycle Management Analyst III
In this pivotal position, you will provide intricate operational insights to support Revenue Cycle Management decisions. You will act as a key resource for data collection, analysis, and evaluation of complex operational resources, services, programs, systems, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist department leadership in acquiring complex information from various financial, clinical, and operational systems.
- Process intricate department-specific operational tasks to ensure precise and timely outcomes.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current and proposed operational unit services and performance.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in multiple programs/services and recommend strategic process improvements.
- Serve as a technical expert in analyzing and evaluating complex operational and administrative units.
- Interpret and present complex data analysis results, including explanations of techniques used and assumptions made.
- Maintain detailed knowledge and documentation of all analysis/data sources within the department.
- Analyze departmental databases and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred; may substitute for work experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in Accounting, Revenue Cycle Management, Finance, or Healthcare.
Skills Required:
Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively and perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. Capability to manage physical records or operate a computer, and occasionally travel within the hospital.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position reflects the anticipated range for new hires. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as work history, experience, skill set, and education, excluding the value of Cleveland Clinic's comprehensive benefits package.
