Position Summary:
The Human Resources Analyst plays a crucial role in executing comprehensive human resource functions that align with our business objectives. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this position is integral in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary HR liaison for employees and management across multiple locations.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal standards through effective implementation.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Manage employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
- Facilitate employee relations by providing guidance and resolving issues in collaboration with management.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the HR team on projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing context.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
