Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Specialist to support our print, bindery, and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in print operations and customer service, with a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate various print and bindery equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain wide format, digital print, and bindery equipment to fulfill work requests.
  • Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment for printing and binding tasks.
  • Handle finishing tasks such as cutting, binding, and laminating printed materials.
  • Perform installations of print materials like window graphics, banners, and decals.
  • Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and substrates.
  • Ensure quality control during production and handle troubleshooting when needed.
  • Coordinate and deliver completed jobs to distribution centers or designated locations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Guide and assist less experienced staff in operating equipment and performing tasks.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in print, bindery, or distribution operations.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate various print and bindery equipment.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to production equipment.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and maintaining inventory.
  • Proficiency in operating production and finishing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.
  • Ability to guide and mentor less experienced staff members.

What We Offer

IST Management provides a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life, 401K, and paid time off. We also offer a competitive hourly compensation rate of $22.00-$24.00/hour DOE and a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
