US CRM Field Inventory Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Inventory Specialist to join our US CRM team. As a Field Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for executing US Cardiac Rhythm Management field inventory strategies and initiatives to achieve Service, Inventory, Scrap, Obsolescence, Gains and Losses (SOGL) and Freight goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement field inventory strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Global Supply Chain, Distribution, Customer Care, Marketing, Logistics, and IT, to ensure seamless inventory management
- Provide daily support to field-based employees, including Sales Reps, Clinical Specialists, and District Managers, to ensure timely and accurate inventory management
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective inventory management and resolution of discrepancies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal inventory management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a healthcare or medical device industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
