Job Summary

Odle Management is currently seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Asset Coordinator to join our team. This is an hourly, non-exempt position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our property/inventory control functions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of our center equipment, supplies, and consumable items.
  • Screen excess property lists for possible utilization on center and arrange for the disposition of excess materials in accordance with our established procedures.
  • Oversee the procurement of supplies, materials, and equipment from various vendors, ensuring compliance with center and DOL regulations.
  • Ensure the maintenance of perpetual inventory and monitor the physical location of all center property.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a positive working relationship with facility staff and departments.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in property/inventory control, preferably in a similar setting.
  • A valid State driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to operate a personal computer.
  • A strong working knowledge of property/inventory control procedures and Government property management requirements.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $17.50 to $19.50, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
