Job Overview
The Human Resources Operations team at Coca-Cola Consolidated plays a critical role in representing the company in all HR master data design and execution strategies. As the Director of Human Resources Operations, you will lead the HR Data and Business Intelligence Governance Council, ensuring that data-related decisions are made among top leadership levels in HR. You will collaborate with other functions to ensure that HR data is structured and delivered in a way that maximizes automated functionality, while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
This role requires a strong understanding of master data best practices and data standards. You will drive continuous improvement efforts for the department, serve as the product owner of all HR system-related data requirements, and collaborate with IT on prioritization and completion of projects. Additionally, you will oversee the HR Service Center Team, ensuring the provision of exemplary customer service and efficient handling of HR-related queries to 17,000 teammates.
Duties & Responsibilities
Establish strategies to support the overall vision of HR, including the roadmap to achieve these strategies and metrics to track progress.
Work with key leaders to influence decisions that drive overall improvement of HR Operations through data governance, improved data integrity, data insights, and tier 1 support for teammates.
Leverage SAP and data best practice guidelines to provide proven insight and direction around how the data in the HR systems should be designed and utilized.
Lead the HR Data and BI Governance Committee, driving decisions around priorities, investments, and alignment to metric and data definitions.
Facilitate the creation of procedure documents to ensure data maintenance and Service Center processes are consistent and executed with excellence.
Requirements
5+ years of proven Master Data Management design/implementation experience with org and personnel management, and/or 5+ years in HR Operations or support HR as a business partner.
Experience with data standardization and cleansing, directing teams to achieve their goals through metrics and accountability, and leading Master Data and Business Intelligence Strategy and Governance.
Prior leadership of HR operational teams, experience with SAP SuccessFactors, and master data maintenance experience, including quality control monitoring.
Project management experience and ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization, based on proven execution resulting in confidence.
