Job Overview

The Director of Human Resources Operations will lead the HR Data and Business Intelligence Governance Council, facilitating all data-related decisions among the top leadership levels in HR. This role will ensure master data best practices and data standards are followed and drive continuous improvement efforts for the department.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish the strategies of the function to support the overall vision of HR, establishing the roadmap to achieve the strategies, and the metrics to track progress.
  • Work with key leaders to influence decisions to drive overall improvement of HR Operations through data governance, improved data integrity, data insights, and tier 1 support for our teammates.
  • Lead the HR Data and BI Governance Committee, driving decisions around priorities, investments, and alignment to metric and data definitions.
  • Facilitate the creation of procedure documents to ensure data maintenance and Service Center processes are consistent and executed with excellence.
  • Propose, educate, and influence the overall organization around the value of master data principles, master data standards/designs, usage, and downstream operational impacts.
  • Develop and implement policies and standards related to master data; including, all HR data standards. Establishes quality control processes and provides guidance/support to the maintenance organization in executing the processes/reporting.
  • Drive data and Service Center initiatives within the HR department and across the enterprise (i.e., data conversion/clean up projects/new HR services offered, etc.).
  • Identify ways to gain efficiencies in which the HR Operations team operate. Change the work from operational inputs to more strategic value-added efforts.
  • Facilitate the vendor management processes for all HR vendors, ensuring business reviews are conducted and contracts are reviewed and renegotiated upon renewal dates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven Master Data Management design/implementation experience with org and personnel management, and/or 5+ years in HR Operations or support HR as a business partner.
  • Experience with data standardization and cleansing.
  • Experience with directing teams to achieve their goals through metrics and accountability.
  • Experience in leading Master Data and Business Intelligence Strategy and Governance desired.
  • Prior leadership of HR operational teams desired.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of HR practices, policies, desired.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors desired.
  • Master data maintenance experience, including quality control monitoring.
  • Project management experience desired.
  • Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization, based on proven execution resulting in confidence.
  • Strong written, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; to and or for all levels of audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills and influencing abilities.
  • Coke system experience a plus.
