About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Culinary Team
    • Supervise and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
    • Develop and implement menu plans and recipes
    • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage Kitchen Operations
    • Oversee the daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
    • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order
    • Develop and implement systems to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure Culinary Standards
    • Develop and implement standards for food quality, presentation, and safety
    • Ensure that all food is handled and stored in accordance with food safety regulations
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food meets the highest standards
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Ensure that all guests receive an exceptional dining experience
    • Respond to guest complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
    • Develop and implement systems to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Proven track record of leading a team and improving kitchen operations
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
