Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Front Desk Manager in leading and assisting with front desk operations.
  2. Lead and train front desk staff to ensure excellent guest service.
  3. Monitor and maintain front desk performance metrics.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve front desk efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in onboarding and training programs for new front desk staff.
  • Assist with front desk scheduling and staffing.
  • Provide support for special events and guest requests.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
