Job Title: HR Business Partner - Strategic Growth

Job Summary:

At CivicMinds, Inc, we are seeking an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management within designated business units. The successful candidate will form partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees, reflecting the organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices supporting the strategic growth of the business.
  • Offer thought leadership concerning organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Provide timely information and/or education on HR issues for all company levels.
  • Coach and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Offer HR expertise in feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of HR programs such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
  • Work with the HQHR team to promote and accelerate a culture of excellence, engaging and inspiring people to deliver top business results.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions).
  • Analyze and interpret various employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, attrition) to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions to the client group.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to develop value-added programs in training, development, career mobility, and job performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR background/experience within a Chinese company is required.
