Program Manager People Development and Culture Communications Specialist

Job Summary:

Western Digital is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our People Development and Culture, Communications team within Global Operations. This role will focus on driving talent, engagement, and culture through strategy, planning, and execution of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent development and training programs across all levels of the Global Operations organization.
  • Design and execute culture and engagement strategies to foster an environment of openness, innovation, and performance.
  • Collaborate with teams within Global Operations, HR, and the broader organization to identify project requirements and stakeholders' priorities.
  • Develop and execute communications strategies for the Global Operations organization and support the COO in delivering organization-wide communications.
  • Support high-visibility strategic communications and presentations, and partner with the global communications team as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in People Development, with a passion for people and a proven track record of supporting talent, engagement, and culture efforts.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as stakeholder management.
  • Team player with the ability to influence and work collaboratively with others, while building relationships.
  • Demonstrated program/project management skills with minimal supervision, including exceptional time management, facilitation, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation abilities.
