Job Overview

Hireio, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle, supporting the implementation of corporate-wide policies and procedures, and providing coaching and direction to site business leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Support the implementation of corporate-wide policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching and direction to site business leadership teams
  • Program management in areas including employee performance, annual compensation review, manager and employee development, and succession planning
  • Provide individual and group training on HR tools, policies, and procedures
  • Partner with hiring managers to support the full cycle of the recruiting process
  • Answer and assist field offices with general HR questions and requests
  • Assist with time card collection and ad hoc HR reports

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of HR experience, bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field
  • Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish preferred
  • Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
