Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Contact Center Representative to join our team at Mass Markets. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle Inbound and Outbound Contacts: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring first call resolution and a positive customer experience.
  • Research and Resolve Issues: Utilize available systems and resources to find missing information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer service.
  • Document and Process Customer Claims: Accurately document and process customer claims in our systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Lead Fact-Finding Discussions: Conduct thorough fact-finding discussions to determine the best options for customers and provide personalized solutions.
