Job Overview

Chad Peterson - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, establishing customer relationships, and promoting the development of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Help the agent and team members with setting appointments and cross-selling as required.
Qualifications
  • Must be efficient at using Microsoft Programs and able to learn new computer programs.
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License (we help with licensing).
  • Able to obtain a Life/Health License (we help with licensing).
  • Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Bi-lingual, must be able to communicate in Spanish.
