Your Role as a Director, HR Business PartnerIn this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary HR Leadership Partner to store General Managers and other key leaders, ensuring optimal business performance through effective talent management, cultural initiatives, and leadership development. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing internal coaching to store leadership for assigned locations.
- Collaborating with General Managers and talent teams to cultivate future leadership talent for succession planning and growth.
- Leveraging employee experience data to enhance the execution of the Baxter Employee Experience Model within designated stores.
- Leading the employment practices team alongside other HR Business Partners, focusing on policy updates, management training, and effective employee relations.
- Guiding group-wide talent acquisition efforts and offering support to store-based recruitment teams.
- Implementing the multi-channel leadership development model across stores in collaboration with fellow HR leaders.
- Executing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategies using provided tools and resources.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with contemporary HR models, tools, and practices.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Understanding of EEO and ERISA regulations.
- Over 10 years of operational and/or HR leadership experience, particularly at the executive level.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
