Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Classic Kia of Smithfield. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Vehicle Selection: Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Product Knowledge: Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Optional Equipment: Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Rapport Building: Build strong rapport with customers.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
  • Objection Handling: Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Reporting: Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous dealership experience is a huge plus.
  • Commission-Based Sales: Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
  • High Energy: Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
  • Outgoing Personality: Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections negotiating pricing.
  • Driver's License: Must have a clean valid driver's license.
  • Background Check: Must be willing to submit to a background check to employment.
