Mills Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team. As a sales superstar, you will have the opportunity to make a six-figure income and work with a dynamic and supportive team.

Our sales team is responsible for attracting new clients and building brand awareness through social media and other marketing channels. We offer a competitive salary plus commissions, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and medical insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing social media tools to attract new clients and build brand awareness
  • Contacting current owner base to update records and prospect for opportunities
  • Replying and following up with internet leads, phone opportunities, and fresh walk-in customers
  • Learning product knowledge on current model line and becoming a certified product representative
  • Assisting customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Explaining product performance, application, and benefits to prospects
  • Building strong rapport with customers
  • Performing high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction

Requirements include:

  • Social media and brand awareness experience is preferred
  • Enthusiastic and great work ethic
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality
  • Must have a clean and valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check for employment
