We are looking for a Family Support Liaison to join our team at Open Skies Healthcare Inc. As a Family Support Liaison, you will play a critical role in maintaining regular supportive contact with clients, treatment foster parents, and biological/adoptive parents as indicated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities of the treatment team
  • Provide liaison and advocacy with community-based services and supports
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess one of the following:

  • A master's degree from an accredited program in social work or another human services field
  • A bachelor's degree in social work or another related human-service field, and two years' experience working with this population
  • A BA or BS degree in a non-human services field and three years' experience working with children, youth, and families
Salary Range

$80,000 - $100,000 per year
