Community Support Professional

- Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop service plans that meet client needs.
- Provide orientations, training, and support to staff, volunteers, interpreters, and community members.
- Serve as an advocate and resource for refugee, asylum seeker, and other vulnerable populations.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records, adhering to quality assurance standards and HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in social work, human services, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Cultural competence and proficiency in a second language (a plus).
- A valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
