Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop service plans that meet client needs.
  • Provide orientations, training, and support to staff, volunteers, interpreters, and community members.
  • Serve as an advocate and resource for refugee, asylum seeker, and other vulnerable populations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records, adhering to quality assurance standards and HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in social work, human services, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Cultural competence and proficiency in a second language (a plus).
  • A valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
