**Job Title:** Administrative Liaison

  At Covell Consultants LLC, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Liaison to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can multitask with ease.

  The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our front desk Monday - Friday from 9 - 5, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have experience with Microsoft Suites, especially Excel spreadsheets, data entry, and email correspondence, we encourage you to apply.

  As an Administrative Liaison, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing company calendars, and coordinating front desk activities. You will also provide administrative support to Account Executives and the owners of the business.

  If you are a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you. As a long-term employee, there is potential for upward mobility within the company.

  Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
