**UniFirst Liaison Specialist Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of UniFirst Liaison Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, while also partnering with UniFirst's Sales Department to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by responding to their questions and concerns regarding accounts, procedures, and services.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to resolve customer issues.
  • Process accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through UniFirst's escalation process.
  • Collaborate with UniFirst's Sales Department to provide administrative support and drive business growth.
  • Complete basic data entry and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an administrative setting.
  • Prior experience in accounts receivable is highly encouraged.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Essential skills include active listening, responsiveness, and a personable demeanor.
  • Computer skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS).
  • Time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, team-player capable of working independently.
  • A problem solver in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (e.g., adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing).
