About the Position:

Job Summary:

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing interpretation and translation services for patients, families, and healthcare providers. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interpret spoken and written communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Translate medical documents, consent forms, and other relevant materials
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of medical terminology, hospital policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure culturally sensitive care

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in health care translation or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
