As a Strategic Account Development Specialist at Spectrum Enterprise, you will partner with government and education clients to highlight how our telecommunications products can resolve their complex technology needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated account management and proactively pursue new clients using email campaigns, cold calling, discovery calls, appointment setting, and client presentations.
  • Travel and consult with established and prospective clients to develop product solutions.
  • Navigate government and education procurement processes to set up successful sales.
  • Deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makers and conduct negotiations.
  • Travel to client sites to manage field sales activities.
  • Identify target markets, industries, and contacts to expand product portfolio.
  • Encourage client retention through coordinated efforts with multiple internal teams.

What You'll Bring:

  • Three or more years of sales experience as a proven sales performer.
  • Three or more years of outside telecommunications-related sales experience.
  • Network building, negotiation, closing, and interpersonal English communication skills.
  • Quick learner, deadline-driven, and the ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in B2B sales selling data, voice, cloud, or video solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with state and local government or education.
