Job Overview

Concept Services LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales development expertise to drive business growth and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales development strategies to drive business growth and client engagement.
  • Formulate and implement changes to sales development programs to improve client engagement and maximize business results.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales development strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and execute sales development activities, including proactive outreach and account research to identify opportunities for enhanced marketing strategies.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues and operational challenges within sales development initiatives and take independent action to resolve concerns.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success generating high-quality sales development results in a variety of industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report/dashboard creation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working Conditions

This is a work-from-home position with the flexibility to work from home for all or part of the work week. In-office meetings may be requested at the company's discretion.
