Retail Insights Manager Job Description

Eclaro is seeking a highly skilled Retail Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will work closely with a valued client to provide valuable insights and solutions to drive additional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture the retail client relationship through strategic planning, data analysis, and regular communication.
  • Develop and manage work-plans with the client to ensure alignment with their business objectives.
  • Analyze complex data sets to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by identifying data-driven business opportunities and presenting thoughtful solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with the client's organization, engaging their product offerings and delivering training sessions.
  • Connect effectively across internal and external teams through clear and concise communication.
  • Work on special projects to improve reports, processes, and systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven self-starter with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities in data sets.
  • Advanced capabilities within Excel and PowerPoint.
  • BS/BA Degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, account management, and/or partner development.
Preferred Skills:
  • Natural industry experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with IRI point-of-sale (POS), consumer panel data, loyalty/shopper card/basket data, and Power BI is strongly preferred.
