Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team at i3 Verticals Management Services, Inc. as a key member of our support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support for our proprietary software applications to external clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, management, in-house software developers, and clients.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Communicate and escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate team member(s).
  • Document all reported issues and task details; analyze gathered data to improve support processes.
  • Deploy and provide training on software applications to new clients and new versions to current clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • At least two (2) years of related experience in software support or a related field.
  • Proficient understanding of computer and technical concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a college or university.
